We’re excited to kick off our talent partnership with Juno Search Partners to fill our open Vice President, Business Development & Operations position.

PACT is a well-respected and prominent force in the Philadelphia business community, with a mission of being a go-to resource for fast-growing companies, a driver of entrepreneurship and innovation in the region, and a leader in creating access and equity for underrepresented founders.  

Serving as an outward face & voice for PACT, the VP, Business Development & Operations will cultivate relationships, secure new business, and drive engagement to propel membership and sponsor growth. Overseeing core functions like membership, marketing, and events, this leader will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to shape PACT’s strategic direction. 

We’re seeking:  

• A proven leader with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leading business development, marketing, and/or operations 
• Someone with a deep understanding of PACT’s mission and the Philadelphia tech/healthcare innovation landscape 
• A natural connector who thrives on building relationships and engaging with C-suite executives
