PACT Announces 2026 Ecosystem Awards Winners and Honorees
Innovation was on full display at the Springfield Country Club as PACT recognized individuals and organizations driving technology, healthcare, and life sciences success in the Greater Philadelphia region
Philadelphia, PA., May 19, 2026 — Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT) recognized seven exceptional organizations and multiple individuals at the 34th Annual PACT Ecosystem Awards, formerly the Enterprise Awards and widely regarded as the region’s most competitive and admired business awards showcase. The longest-running awards program of its kind in the Philadelphia-region, the Ecosystem Awards honors investors, entrepreneurs and businesses that are transforming and advancing technology, life sciences, and healthcare.

In addition to the competitive award categories, PACT recognized Charles Robins, Managing Director, Fairmount Partners with the Legend Award for his role throughout his career in advancing technology, healthcare, and innovation in the Greater Philadelphia region. As Fairmount’s senior technology expert, he has over 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, strategic consultant and investment banker.
For 2026, PACT also introduced the Mentor of the Year award. Mentor Connect, a decade-old program created by PACT and Ben Franklin Technology Partners, pairs entrepreneurs and teams of mentors for objective, unbiased advice and guidance. This honor recognizes mentors who go above and beyond to help emerging founders navigate growth and scale their businesses.
Ivy Silver, Lee Jones, and Ray Bixler were all recognized for the inaugural award.
