Karen Johnston named Wipfli leader of digital health
Wipfli is pleased to announce that Karen Johnston has been appointed to be the first leader of its national digital health industry, for companies that serve providers and patients with digital health products.
Karen has more than 20 years of experience in public and private industry accounting. She applies her experience in risk advisory services while assisting clients in protecting and tailoring their business environment to mitigate risk, identify trends, increase efficiencies, and gain a competitive advantage. She understands the critical importance of assessing, testing, and improving the security and privacy of information systems, particularly in the digital healthcare sphere.

She is a member of the HITRUST Alliance Assessor Council, The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). She holds her CISA, CIA, CCSFP, CHQP
She holds a business administration degree from Bloomsburg University and is based out of the Philadelphia area.
