Sanjay K. Sharma has 20+ years of Global financial solutions delivery, IT Strategy and implementation experience spanning across 11 countries with the delivery of USD 2 billion+ ITFS programs.
Sanjay is currently Chief Technology Officer of SEI Investments where he is responsible for SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) delivery to keep pace with business, operations, technology and regulatory trends and growth objectives. Sanjay is also responsible for SWP technology strategy, global workforce management, DevOps, vendor management, quality assurance and performance engineering.
Before joining SEI, Sanjay held several key global delivery positions, including Head of Delivery, Europe for a global ITFS consulting company; Head of Delivery ITFS Solutions, North America for a global top 10 IT consulting company; and Head of Implementation, ITFS Solutions for a global top 10 IT consulting company.
Currently Sanjay is also a member of ‘Client Advisory Board for Digital’ for a Global IT firm and a member of ‘SEI Advisory Board for Diversity’.
Sanjay has a master of engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, specializing in systems engineering, Business English Communication from the Cambridge University, UK, Machine Learning from the Stanford University, Business on Board leadership development program through Arts & Business Council of Philadelphia and have attended the Wharton School Fellows program.

Lloyd Adams is the managing director of the East region, responsible for the strategic direction, customer success, profitability and overall leadership of one of SAP North America’s larger market units. Named the 2018 North America Market Unit of the Year, the region’s talented team covers all lines of business, including cloud and on-premise software as well as service and support to hundreds of customers from small businesses to large corporations across a multitude of industries.
Prior to his current role, Lloyd oversaw SAP’s Utilities business in North America, and before that, was chief operating officer of Regulated Industries, where he drove the strategy, operations, revenue performance, and overall customer satisfaction in markets across the United States.
Since joining SAP in 1998, Lloyd’s career trajectory has included a progression of presales, inside sales and marketing leadership roles, and posts in the U.S. and Asia Pacific region. As chief of staff for SAP North America, he was responsible for the holistic management of the regional president’s office, ensuring quick and full execution of programs and communications, balancing the president’s responsibilities to North America employees, customers, and the SAP Executive Board. In Singapore, he served as vice president of Field Marketing for industry, solutions and services, and the small to medium enterprise market segment in the Asia Pacific region.
Other management roles have included leading Innovation Sales (Platform, Analytics, and Mobility), Industry Business Development, Value Engineering, Ecosystem and Channels, and presales teams aligned to the Regulated Industries business.
Lloyd began his career in human resources with Arthur Andersen (renamed Accenture in 2000). He holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.
