Jeff Eggers is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Rsquared Ventures, an early-stage venture fund accelerating frontier technologies critical to western security and resilience.  Jeff is co-author of the U.S. best-selling book “Leaders: Myth and Reality” and formerly served as the Executive Director of the McChrystal Group Leadership Institute. Previously in public service, Jeff served as a Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs.  Jeff also served in the U.S. Navy as a SEAL Officer.  He holds an M.A. from Oxford University and a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.
