Important Updates for the New Fiscal Year: Late Fee Policy & Info Hub Reminders
As we close out our fiscal year and prepare for the next chapter starting July 1, 2025, we want to share two important updates that will help strengthen our community, streamline processes, and ensure you continue to get the most out of your PACT membership.
New Tiered Late Fee Policy for Membership Dues
Beginning in FY25, PACT will implement a tiered late fee policy for overdue membership dues. This change is part of our broader commitment to timely renewals, operational efficiency, and sustaining the programs and events that power our region’s innovation ecosystem.
The new policy is fair, proportional, and automated, with smaller organizations such as startups and entrepreneurs subject to lower absolute fees than larger firms.
Late Fee Schedule:
- 30–60 days late: 5% of dues
- 61–90 days late: 10% of dues
- 91+ days late: 15% of dues and membership is marked as lapsed
If you foresee any challenges with renewing your membership on time, we encourage you to reach out; we’re happy to offer flexible options and support your continued engagement.
Keep Your Info Hub Account Up-to-Date

To make sure your team receives important updates—including dues notices, renewal reminders, and event invitations—please take a moment to review your company’s Info Hub account before the new fiscal year begins.
What to Check:
- Current Users – Remove anyone who’s left and add new hires in just one click.
- Primary Contact – This is the person who receives all official membership communications, including invoices. Double-check that this person is still accurate.
The Info Hub is your self-service portal for:
- Paying dues
- Registering for events
- Viewing the event calendar
- Adding team members to PACT communications
- Accessing our Member Directory
Keeping your account up to date ensures you’re maximizing the value of your membership.
As always, thank you for being a vital part of the PACT community. Your continued support allows us to serve as the premier connector for talent, capital, and innovation in Greater Philadelphia.
If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Best,
Amanda Arroyo
