Tony Saldanha is a globally recognized expert and thought-leader in Global Business Services (GBS) and Information Technology. He ran Procter & Gamble’s famed multi-billion dollar GBS and IT operations in every region across the world during a 27 year career there. Tony has over three decades of international business expertise in the US, Europe, and Asia. He was named on Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Professionals list in 2013. Tony’s experiences include GBS design and operations, CIO positions, acquisitions and divestitures, outsourcing, disruptive innovation, and creation of new business models. He is also a founder of two blockchain and AI companies, and an adviser to venture capital companies. Rachel Lyubovitzky

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Rachel is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with leadership experience that spans the full spectrum of strategic and tactical activities in the software technology industry. She holds Wharton Executive MBA and Brandeis Computer Science degrees. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, is a devoted runner, and studies Sumi-e painting.

Mark McCreary
Fox Rothschild

Mark is Chief Privacy Officer and Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild’s Privacy and Data Security Group. He focuses a segment of his practice on compliance with privacy-related laws, rules, and regulations as well as responses in the event of a data breach. Mark is CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals and regularly prepares privacy policies (both intra-company and for customers), handles privacy issues under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and related requirements for the privacy of consumer financial information (including the Fair Credit Reporting Act), prepares data security plans, and assists with data breach responses and notifications. Among his leadership roles, Mark serves as the firm’s Hiring Partner, a member of the firm’s Finance Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee.
