Product/Business Description

We design and manage customized 401k and executive deferred compensation plans to allow companies to fully reward and retain valued employees. We work with companies that are setting up their first plan and companies with existing plans that may not currently be optimized for their organization’s goals because the plan is based on boilerplate designs.

Target Audience

Companies that have reached the point where they want to offer benefits to be competitive for recruiting purposes and companies with existing plans that have not reviewed them lately to see if the fees and provisions are competitive in the current environment. Decision makers are usually a combination of the CEO, CFO and Human Resources professionals in these companies. For more established companies that are using best practices there is often a 401k committee.

Latest Achievements

Phil was recently named to the board of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council.
