Katherine D. Crothall, Ph.D Aspire Bariatrics 

Aspire, a leading maker of minimally invasive medical devices for weight-loss, is dedicated to helping obese patients to lose weight in a safe and controlled manner and to develop a healthier lifestyle through product innovation, patient education, and customer support.

Kathy joined Aspire as its President, CEO and Chairman of the Board in November 2010. She has founded several companies, holds over 20 patents, and has authored numerous technical papers. Additionally, Dr. Crothall is the recipient of several awards, such as the Ernst Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award & Greater Philadelphia Raymond Rafferty Entrepreneurial Excellence Award.

Paul Perreault, CSL Behring 

CSL Behring is a global leader in the plasma protein biotherapeutics industry. The company researches, develops, manufactures and markets biotherapies that are used to treat serious and rare conditions. Users rely on these therapies for their quality of life and, in many cases, for life itself.

Mr. Perreault uses his 30 years of global healthcare industry experience in his role as CEO and Managing Director of CSL Behring, and has held several top-level positions within the company and its subsidiaries. Previously, he spent 16 years in key senior roles at Wyeth-Averyst Laboratories, now owned by Pfizer.

Michael Daley, OrthogenRx 

OrthogenRx is a product development company focused on the business strategy of licensing ex-U.S. approved products that are indistinguishable from U.S. approved products and taking advantage of an accelerated approval process, then commercialize these lower cost products utilizing a more efficient distribution and reimbursement process to deliver equivalent quality care at significantly reduced costs to insurers and patients.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Daley has developed a diverse background in the biopharmaceutical industry. He has managed product oriented research/development programs, and has diverse technical expertise in experimental pathology, cell, and molecular biology.
