New Deals Completed by Fairmount Partners

Fairmount Partners completed these new deals for our clients:

  • Represented Dynamic Health Strategies (DHS Group) in their purchase of Cleveland, Ohio-based Movable, a wearable technology company that focuses on the business-to-business market.  Based in Houston, DHS Group simplifies the data behind healthcare, creating actionable solutions, engagement tools and resources that elevate population health.
  • Represented The Clemens Family Corporation and its primary division Clemens Food Group, LLC in its closing on secured credit facilities with a syndicate of lenders led by Rabobank Nederland and Farm Credit Services of America.  The Clemens Family Corporation is a sixth-generation, family-owned company operated as a business family.  CFC, through its subsidiaries, engages in hog and pork product production, transportation, logistics and real estate development businesses.
  • Represented ALKU, a highly specialized consulting services firm, in securing a minority equity investment from WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on middle market growth companies.  Founded in 2008, ALKU ranks as one of the fastest growing firms within its industry. Maintaining a historical compound annual growth rate of over 55%, ALKU achieved over $80 million in revenue in just its seventh year in operations.
  • Represented Xcelience, a provider of specialized clinical trial manufacturing and supply capabilities, and Powdersize, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company focused on micronization the sale of both businesses by Capsugel, a global leader in delivering high-quality, innovative dosage forms and solutions to its customers in the health care industry, controlled by KKR.  Earlier this year, Fairmount Partners represented the owners of Powdersize in completing a structured investment from Xcelience and forming a business partnership between the two parties.
  • Represented ICON plc, (NASDAQ: ICLR) a global provider of drug development solutions and services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, in their acquisition of PMG Research, Inc., an integrated network of clinical research sites operating from 12 metropolitan areas throughout the US.  This was Fairmount Partners’ ninth transaction with the team at ICON, and the third time acting as advisory to ICON.
  • Represented FieldView Solutions, the leading real-time event correlation, alarming and analytics provider to the data center industry, in their acquisition by Nlyte Software, the leading data center service management (DCSM) solution provider for seamlessly automating data center operations and infrastructure into an enterprises IT ecosystem.  Since 2006, FieldView has helped data center IT and facilities operations professionals in many of the largest data centers in the world which includes six of the top 10 banks, three of the top 5 technology providers and twelve of the largest co-lo facilities in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
