General James E. Cartwright served as Commander, U.S. Strategic Command, before being nominated and appointed as the 8th Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff – the nation’s second highest military officer. Dr. Pruthi, also known as the “father of packet capture,” speaks internationally on cyber terrorism, and is recognized as one of the foremost experts in advanced cybersecurity technologies.
