NGKF Completes Two Leases Totaling 16,490 Square Feet for The Center for GI Health

Wayne, PA (July 22, 2016) — Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that Justin Bell, managing director, and Neil Shupak, senior managing director, have completed two leases for The Center for GI Health (CGI), including a 14,490-square-foot lease in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and a 2,000-square-foot lease in Spring House, Pennsylvania.

Formerly known as Upper Bucks Medical Associates, CGI has been the leading GI medical practice in Bucks and Montgomery counties for 40 years. CGI specializes in the management of gastrointestinal health, including diagnosis, treatment and prevention of colon cancer.

Bell and Shupak assisted CGI with its site selection analysis, ultimately securing 14,490 square feet at 815 Sumneytown Pike (Brookview I ) in Lansdale.  The Brookview I location will be a combination of CGI, The Colonoscopy Center and Bioview Anatomical Pathology Lab. The surgery center will be located on the ground floor, while the administrative/examination offices and pathology lab will be on the second. Until the construction at Brookview I is completed, patients may visit CGI in their temporary office in the adjacent building Brookview II, located at 1240 S. Broad Street. CGI’s Brookview I location is expected to be completed in the fall.
