* “Greater Philadelphia region” includes the following 11 counties:

Pennsylvania: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties
New Jersey: Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, and Salem counties
Delaware: New Castle County
